For customers who wish to take the roleplay of their avatars deeper into a self-sustaining lifestyle, it is possible through the introduction of Jobs @ Rainy City.

​

Really Needy HUD users can earn N-Coins through the job, which can be used to purchase food and beverages in the city. The most active users can also have the option to live in Rainy City.

Job Interview

To get started..

  1. Join the Really Needy Roleplay group for 1L$ (to keep out spammers and scammers).

  2. Decide which job your avatar is interested in

    • For skilled jobs, submit the application form below.

    • For unskilled jobs, no application is necessary.

  3. You / your avatar may be interviewed (for skilled jobs).

 

Once your job application have been accepted..

  1. You will be given an additional role in the Really Needy Roleplay group.

  2. Turn up for work any time on Saturday or Sunday SLT.

  3. Make sure you are wearing your Really Needy HUD.

  4. Make the Really Needy Roleplay group is active and wear the correct group tag.

  5. Login to the job by clicking the jar at the job location.

  2. Guide customers on pregnancy supplements, fertility drugs, pregnancy kits, and medicines.
     

  3. Fill prescriptions for contraceptive diaphragms and cervical caps.

  3. You need to own a Physicians Bag to have the Physician role in the group.

What you need to do

  1. Roleplay as Physician at HankMed.
     

  2. Provide services related to weight, pregnancy and other conditions (using the Physician Bag).
     

  3. Advise patients on contraceptive options, perform medical examinations and write prescriptions for femidoms /diaphragms /cervical caps.

Sex Therapist

  1. You are required to interview to become a freelance Sex Therapist.

  2. You will need to pass a test on your knowledge of Procreation to be given the role tag in the group.

  3. You are allowed to charge (in L$ or N-coins) for services and/or for house-calls. Please share your service offering/pricing/fee schedule in a notecard when requested by customers. Payments to be settled between you and customers directly.

What you need to do

  1. Roleplay as Sex Therapist. You can use the HankMed office or your own location, or make house visits.
     

  2. Advise customers on the use of Aphrodisiacs (Vaigra and Niagara) and pheromone enhancers (Really Seductive Perfume).
     

  3. Guide customers on the use of Really Erogenous Zones to raise arousal.

While you are on the job..

  1. You need to stay within a certain distance of the login jar. If you move out of range, you will be logged out.

  2. You will be paid N-Coins as per the rate shown in the “Pay” column above.

  3. Once the max duration is reached, you will not earn any more N-Coins, so please logout and let anyone else waiting to have their turn. If there is nobody else waiting, you may login again or take a break and come back.

  4. You can login more than once per day, but there is a limit of how many N-Coins you can earn in a day, as per the “Max coins per day” column above.

 

What you can do with N-Coins..

  1. You can buy food and drinks from the vendor in Big Louie’s Supermarket, to replenish your Hunger and Thirst.

  2. You can pay for rent in selected Rainy City residential units (coming soon).

  3. You can bribe certain NPCs (coming later).

 

What you cannot do with N-Coins..

  1. You cannot use N-Coins to buy Linden dollars.

  2. You cannot use Linden dollars to buy N-Coins.

  3. You cannot use N-Coins in other sims.

Details

  • There are a number of trash cans in Rainy City, which will gradually fill up every 4 hours.

  • To do this job, change your role in your titler to Garbage Collector, and touch a trash can that has filled up.

  • Bring the garbage bag to the green dumpster behind the public toilet, and throw it in by pressing PgUp.

Cleaning Trolley

  • Janitor uniform preferred

  • Go to Wolf Apartments reception lobby area. Get a mop from the mop cabinet. Your Really Needy Roleplay group needs to be active, and Titler role needs to be Janitor.

  • Touch the mop bucket and it will start rezzing dirty puddles in the vicinity. Use the mop to clean up the puddles by facing your avatar to the puddle (do not stand too far or too near) and pressing Page Down.
